I’m not counting Rose of Versailles because I haven’t finished it. I think I blogged everything fairly extensively, so just a few brief comments each.

I am watching the anime Hakkenden, and in the second episode, the father of the hero(well, one of the heroes...there are 8...but if I recall the drama correctly, and it follows the "lead" pattern, he's the main one) decides to commit seppuku rather than hand over a sword.  Except his son is there and, to keep him from interfering, he tosses his son ( Read more... )

Has anyone seen the anime Hakkenden/Dog Warriors?

I saw and liked the live action a while back, but haven't seen or heard anything about the anime.

Any opinions?
